LAUNCHPAD is a program for ages 15-25, designed to support you through the challenges during this important developmental stage. This program is designed to increase self-esteem, manage depression and anxiety, peer and family conflict, and stress about school and future plans. Andi focuses on helping you develop healthy coping skills and increase autonomy and you will learn new skills to thrive during this stage and launch into becoming the best version of yourself.
