My approach is holistic and I work to create meaningful change across all domains: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social. We will work collaboratively to establish achievable goals and assess progress consistently to assure that you meet them. I will work with you so that you find a sense of deep meaning in  your life and develop a practical set of skills to help you overcome your current obstacles and achieve your goals.
