NEW WEBINAR

Kim Haas, LCSW

Counselor

Over the last 25+ years, I have had the honor to work with adults, in either an inpatient treatment setting or an outpatient treatment venue, facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, addictions, self-esteem, stress, life transitions and grief/loss.

I strive to provide a genuine, kind and compassionate environment in which individuals can speak freely of the challenges they face, identify options and opportunities for change, experience personal growth in the process of change, and to develop a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and strength based, focusing on the inherent positive qualities of each person to empower them to make changes in their lives and to develop a new sense of ‘self’ and self-worth. I utilize a variety of therapy modalities eclectic in nature, rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices, tailored to the individual’s needs.

I believe every client is a unique individual deserving of respect, warmth, and a collaborative attitude.
